Take your team dog sledging under the Northern Lights and combine your adventure with Arctic Cuisine of world class standards and maybe a champagne city cruise between the snow clad peaks and islands of the Arctic. Maybe even enjoy the Arctic Scenary and the Aurora Borealis from the wood burning hot tub on deck of a SPA boat with full Hammam and Sauna!

Summer Incentive Example

See the majestic whales in equally impressive surroundings before you stay awake to have a game of Midnight Sun golf on the Norhternmost 18 hole golf course in the world. Between sampling the seasonal Arctic cuisine, maybe team up and go for and Arctic deep sea fishing competition or a King Crab safari with fishermen in the know. The catches you achieve here will make anything else look puny, so bring that camera for proof!

Extreme Adventurer Incentive

Does your team need an extra challenge and are they tough enough to go on our Ski By Boat adventure in the Lyngen Alps? Skin/snow shoe up one or more different peaks every day, ski powder all the way down to sea level and stay on a boat in a different port every night.

Alternatively stay in a luxury lodge as a contrast, or enjoy bragging about your deeds in buzzy Tromsø at night.

Maybe your team needs to stay out in the wilderness in snow holes, Sami tepees or tents on an adventure challenge of a lifetime. Modes of transport include horseback, driving your own team of huskies or simply remembering what those legs are for!
